Hallmark’s Stop-Motion “Jingle All The Way” to be produced by Bent Image Lab
As part of the Hallmark Channel’s Countdown to Christmas, Bent Image Lab is co-producing an animated show entitled Jingle All The Way, which is based off of an original Hallmark storybook. Jingle All The Way will be using stop-motion animation, instead of CGI.
Jingle All The Way will be directed by Bent partner Chel White, and produced by the company’s own Executive Producer Tsui Ling Toomer. Bent Image Lab is not by any means completely unfamiliar with the project, having had a long history of successful commercials, shorts, music videos, and visual effects projects. But Jingle All the Way is one of its first long format contents made for TV.
Jingle All The Way tells the story of a poor little husky pup in need of a home, and a young boy named Andrew who gives him a name and shelter. After having formed a bond, Andrew is unable to keep the pup and must leave with his family. It is at this point that the story’s gears starts to turn – as the pup goes on a quest to find his quest, meeting several interesting characters along the way, including a certain jolly old man in a red suit.
