Hotel Transylvania to Premiere at TIFF
Sony Pictures’ upcoming 3D CG horror-themed comedy feature, Hotel Transylvania, will be holding its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival on its TIFF Kids program, which will be held on Saturday, September 8. For tickets and schedules, you can visit tiff.net/thefestival. Hotel Transylvania’s wide theatrical release will follow a few days later, on September 28.
Hotel Transylvania follows the king of vampires, Dracula (voiced by Adam Sandler), as he runs an exclusive resort for monsters and their families. In order to celebrate his daughter Mavis’s (voiced by Selena Gomez) 118th birthday, Dracula is planning to invite all of the monsters that he considers as his closest friends, but things get problematic when a young ordinary boy (voiced by Andy Samberg) finds his way to the hotel and develops a crush on Mavis.
