INK ALC Undertakes Beyblade

Beyblade, the famous spinning battle toy which has been turned into an animation property has been picked up by INK ALC. Sunrights Inc. has appointed INK ALC to represent Beyblade into Russia/CIS, Nordics and CEE across media, promotions, consumer products and publishing.

The Beyblade series is produced by d-rights and follows a group of characters who established teams and fight with one another with the use of extremely powerful spinning tops. Tomy Company created the franchise, which was inspired by traditional battling tops of Japan called Bei-Goma. The property immediately became a global hit, inspiring 2 movies, 7 series and 3 spin-off series.

Beyblade Burst provides a new take on the 1999 original show, boasting new characters and storylines as well as a theme of real competition, sports and friendship aimed at growing accessibility for boys ages 6-11.
