Justice League: War to Premiere at NY & LA This January

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment is set to start the year with a big bang as they have teamed up with the Paley Center of Media in order to present the East and West Coast premieres of Justice League: War, which is the next entry in their ongoing series of DC Universe Animated Original Movies. The event will be punctuated by the attendance of the members of the cast and crew in order to provide red carpet media interviews and a post-screening panel discussion.

Justice League: War focuses on an Earth invasion staged by the malevolent cosmic deity Darkseid, and his massive Apokoliptian army. The only line of defense is a group of previously unaligned superheroes, who are misunderstood – and in some cases hunted down – by the authorities. Said group, which consists of Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, Flash, Shazam and Cyborg discover that their only way of fending off Darkseid and his army is by working together.

The first screening will be on January 21 at the Paley Center in New York City (25 West 52nd Street) at 6:30 p.m. The event will feature a panel discussion led by Christopher Gorham, who voices The Flash in the film, alongside producer James Tucker, director Jay Oliva and eight-time Emmy Award winning dialogue/casting director Andrea Romano.

The next screening will be at January 30 at the Paley Center in Los Angeles (465 North Beverly Drive in Beverly Hills) at 7:00 p.m. After the screening, the filmmakers and voice cast members will be holding a panel discussion. onfirmed to attend are the voices of lead villains Darkseid and Desaad – Steve Blum and Bruce Thomas, respectively.
