Kabillion builds on its Bratz programming
Digital kids entertainment network Kabillion is planning to improve their Bratz programming with the debut of a live-action Bratz series on their Girls Rule! Channel. The new show will complement the animated show, also titled Bratz, that is already carried by the network.
Based on the line of toy dolls bearing the same name, the original Bratz show follows the adventures of Cloe, Jade, Sasha, and Yasmin as they launch issues of their own magazine, titled Bratz Magazine. They constantly butt heads with Burdine Maxwell, who is the selfish editor of rival mag Your Thing. The two magazines constantly try to outsell each other, as Burdine Maxwell always tries her best to ruin the plans of Bratz mag with her two awkward twin interns.
The new Bratz show is called Passion for Fashion, and will be hosted by Brianna Gage, the 12 year old star of Kabillion’s Bri What? She will be joined by other tween stars and will discuss fashion trends. The deal comes fresh off Kabillion’s content partnership with MGA Entertainment.
