Kidobi Gets Rights to ABC Monsters
The Canadian online video platform Kidobi has recently acquired Video on Demand rights to Malaysia-based Animasia Studios’ ABC Monsters, giving them exclusive rights to make the 22×22 series available to subscribers of Kidobi.com later this spring.

ABC Monsters focuses on 26 cute and cuddly monsters based on the alphabet, who live within the walls of Capital Castle, where they tend to wander off from Alphabet Gardens to try new and fun things, which has the odd effect of making them lose their way in the process. Each episode features the girl Alice and her friends Brian and Cherry Berry searching for one of the missing monsters, using letter-related clues provided by characters they meet along the way.

It should be remembered that Kidobi also acquired VoD rights for preschool series Gombby’s Green Island last January, from Portugal based studio Big Storm Studios, which puts Kidobi’s library of preschool content at a staggering 500 hours.
