The King of Fighters CG-Animated Series, Destiny, to Debut in China

SNK’s long-running fighting game franchise The King of Fighters will finally make its way to the small screens via a CG-animated series titled “The King of Fighters: Destiny.” That’s the good news. The bad news? It’s going to be exclusive to China for now, as there’s no news of whether there are plans to release it for other countries.

The series will have 20 episodes and has already started an official website (http://kofd.snkchina.com.cn/). There’s also a trailer, which you can view below if you want to see it in action:

It seems to be worth anticipating, as the voices are provided by a mix of Chinese and Japanese voice actors and the staff include some of the people who worked on special effects for Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV.
