Love cartoons? Anime? CG movies? Write for ToonBarn!
It’s recruiting time, and you’re invited! We’re holding open casting calls to expand our toon empire. Specifically, we’re looking to build on our existing writing team with more contributors to ToonBarn. In other words: we want more writers to write good things so’s others can read’em! Got it!?! We want people who are passionate about animation, in any form; Classic toons, CG toons, anime, stop-motion, DVD reviews, weekly episodic reviews, thoughts on Disney and Marvel, opinions on the “new” Cartoon Network, etc. Interested? Want to know more? Just want to hear about all the free stuff you can get? (honest!). Well, then read on!
Writer guidelines
- Contributions can be as little as 5 posts a month, to as many as 5 posts a day.
- Write on your time, at your pace
- You pick the topics, the length, and the direction! We’ll make suggestions, but the stories are yours!
- The posts can be reviews, rants, thoughts, previews, or anything you want it to be
- Content must be your own – you can be inspired from other sources, and credit other sources, but not steal from them
- Have fun!! Writing about cartoons is unbelievably enjoyable. Make sure its something you WANT to do – cuz it’s a blast!!
