Monsters vs. Aliens Night of the Living Carrots scares up Nintendo 3DS
Not too long ago, DreamWorks Animation released a holiday short called Mutant Pumpkins from Outer Space. The TV special was a hit for fans of the original Monsters vs. Aliens film, whose characters perfectly fit with the Halloween themes. Well, now they’re at it again, but this time, in 3D! (You have to say it like: “Three-ee-ee DEE-ee-ee”). This week, fans who own a Nintendo 3DS are able to get a sneak peek look at the production entitled Monsters vs. Aliens: Night of the Living Carrots. Broadcast free as part of the Nintendo Video channel, the hope is not only to expand the audience Nintendo can reach with their 3D service, but also introduce yet another chapter to the Monsters vs. Aliens franchise.
DreamWorks only recently teased Night of the Living Carrots, in an effort to roll out an even greater following to the 3DS-exclusive (at least for now) special. In the tale, B.O.B. and the gang from Monsters vs. Aliens come together on Halloween to save their town from a takeover by zombie carrots. Will B.O.B. be able to overcome his fears to save the day.
