Moviegoers of One Piece Film Gold to Receive Manga 777th Volume
One Piece Film Gold’s official website has announced that its 1st five million moviegoers will be given a special 777th volume tankobon as a bonus item, which includes a variety of sketches drawn by Eiichiro Oda, the original manga author, who also serves as the film’s executive producer. Additionally, the 1sst 2 million viewers will also acquire a special rare item produced by Oda on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Directed by Hiroaki Miyamoto (TV anime series director for the 352nd to 679th episodes), One Piece Film Gold hits theaters in Japan on July 23. The story is set in Gran Tesoro, an autonomous entertainment city even the Wold Government can’t mess about. Kazuhiro Yamaji, a 61-year-old who’s best known as Bel in Dokidoki! PreCure and the Japanese dub voice of Jason Statham is featured as the main antagonist Golden Emperor Gild Tesoro.
