My Hero Academia Arcade Game Debuts in April


The eighth issue of Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine publicized the April launch of the Boku no Hero Academia: Gekitotsu! Heroes Battle (My Hero Academia: Clash! Heroes Battle) arcade card game that is based on My Hero Academia manga by Kōhei Horikoshi.

Takara Tomy Arts is responsible in developing the hero card battle. The players can make 3-person teams that are made up of their favorite characters from the series. They will be able to collect hero cards and use them for the battle. Every play will cost about US$ 0.85 or 100 yen. Confirmed playable characters are Katsuki Bakugō, Izuku Midoriya and Ochako Uraraka.

The game has an accompanying application for iOS and Android devices.
