New cartoons from Scholastic Media

New cartoons from Scholastic Media

Scholastic Media is planning on bringing us a bunch of new projects for later this year and early next, including three animated toons. One such Scholastic series is titled Chicken Socks, based on the Klutz activity book series of the same name. The books are about various things to create or build or day dream about, and the toon will take on that same idea. Dragoonies is another Scholastic series that follows six junior dragons, heading to their first year of school — which I guess would be kinderdragon? The third toon in the bunch, Fuzz and Sparkle, might sound like the zaniest amongst them. The story is about aliens, disco-loving aliens, who travel the cosmos looking for comedy and music. Hey, remember, in cartoons, anything is possible!
