New Clips Released for The Nut Job 2: Nutty By Nature

A couple of new teaser clips have been released for Open Road Films’ The Nut Job 2: Nutty by Nature, which is directed by Cal Brunker and serves as a direct sequel to the 2014 CG flick a squirrel and his ragtag team of furry animals, who concoct a plot to steal from the town’s nut shop. The sequel brings back the original crew for yet another impossible mission – this time to save their home from the evil mayor who wants to bulldoze it in favor of a slipshod amusement park.

The new clips show off Surly making an unfortunate miscalculation with Mr. Feng in “Don’t Call Me Cute,” wile the clip titled “Roll Over” shows what happens when kept pet Frankie tries to show Princes the pug what living in a gilded cage really means for an animal. The Nut Job 2: Nutty by Nature will be opening on theaters everywhere on August 11, 2017.
