New Trailer for Angry Birds Movie Released

Rovio Entertainment has just unveiled a brand spanking new trailer for the upcoming 3D CG animated movie adaptation of their Angry Birds franchise, aptly titled ‘The Angry Birds Movie.’ The movie is slated for a May 20, 206 release and will take the franchise in new directions – the birds and pigs now have feet and limbs, for starters.

The Angry Birds Movie will focus on the mainstays Red, Chuck, and Bomb on a paradise island populated entirely by happy, flightless birds. It is up to the trio to do some sleuthing when the island is visited by mysterious and suspicious green piggies, who may be planning a thing or two that will throw the entire island into chaos.
