Nickelodeon and Hasbro have recently entered into a strategic partnership that will give rise to a new product line for the hit preschool series Top Wing, which is produced by 9 Story Media Group. The product line will be under the PLAYSKOOL brand and will include high quality figures, vehicles, and plush toys based on the show’s four best friend rescue birds. The planned launch is this fall for the US market, followed by a spring 2019 launch in international markets.
For the uninitiated, Top Wing is a CG-animated preschool series that focuses on four best friend rescue birds – Swift, Penny, Rod, and Brody – who are all training to earn their wings at the Top Wing Academy on Big Swirl Island. Each episode has the quartet going on action-packed adventures that also help teach important lessons about self-confidence, perseverance, and the value of hard work. The series is currently airing new episodes on Nickelodeon regularly, and will be launched internationally this year.
