Nickelodeon’s newest educational app, Bubble Guppies: Animal School Day, has reached the top of the educational app list in the US and Canada, and became the number two paid app domestically within 48 hours of going live. Launched last Thursday, Nov. 1, the app brings the swim-sational world of the Bubble Guppies to life on mobile devices as kids join Molly, Gil, Mr. Grouper, and all their friends in exciting interactive actitivites.

Developed with the help of Bubble Guppies series creators Johnny Belt and Robert Scull, curriculum specialists, and tested by focus groups, Bubble Guppies: Animal School Day teaches kids all about animals and allows them to take part in a day of play at school. Through a series of minigames, kids will learn various aspects such as animal diet, habitat, and attributes.

Using a Gold Star system – in which kids are awarded a Gold Starfish upon completion of any of the ten featured animals, kids will be encouraged to learn more and more while having so much fun with the app.

You can get Bubble Guppies: Animal School day from the App Store or through iTunes Store.
