School and office supplies company BG has recently signed a licensing agreement with CLS Media, under which a brand new line of kids’ stationery and creativity merchandise will be produced for the Russian market, using the popular animation brand Power Battle Watch Car as an inspiration. Power Battle Watch Car is a collaborative effort between motor company Hyundai Motor Corp., SAMG Animation, INNOCEAN Worldwide, and CJ E&M.
Power Battle Watch Car features characters and vehicles inspired by Hyundai’s popular car models, showcasing a colorful cast of heroes with the uncanny ability to communicate with their AI-powered vehicles. The main protagonist is the driver of the car called “Blue Will”, the boy Jino who dreams of becoming the champion of the Battle League.
The Power Battle Watch Car merchandise line will include albums, diaries, a variety of notebooks, art and craft products, and back-to-school textile products such as pencil cases, backpacks and shoe bags for the Russian market. Paper products will go on sale ahead of the school season this fall, with the bags to follow in 2018. The show is already enjoying airplay on STS, and can be watched by US fans via Netflix streaming.
