We’re still a long way away from Jormungand Perfect Order’s October 9 premiere, but Rondo Robe has seen it fit to tease us with a promo for the arms dealing action anime, using the same promo they screened at the Comiket doujinshi mega event last August.
Jormungand tells the story of a young arms dealer named Koko Hekmatyar, who is selling weapons under an international shipping corporation called the HCLI. As one of the company’s secret weapon dealers, she avoids local authorities and law enforcement agencies as part of her work selling weapons to different countries, with flagrant disregard for international law. Traveling with her is her team of bodyguards who are mostly composed of ex-military veterans. The latest addition to her crew is Jonah, a stoic child soldier who is skilled in combat yet ironically hates arms dealers. Jonah joined Koko in order to find the arms dealer responsible for his family’s death. What follows is Koko and her crew’s escapades around the world.
