The Snack World starts expanding internationally Fall 2018

The people behind Inazuma Eleven, Little Battlers eXperience, and Yo-Kai Watch are back with an all-new series. CG-animated The Snack World is produced by OLM Animation and is set to debut on the international market in the fall of 2018 as a 50 episode 22-minute series. The show is represented by Level5-abby in most markets and in Asia (excluding Japan) by Bomanbridge Media.

Welcome to Snack World, the hyper, casual, fantasy universe with princesses, dragons, genies, smartphones, and convenience stores!

Explore this strange but super fun world with our hero Chup and his comedic companions. Embarking on adventures with many twists and turns our mismatched crew use weapons called “Jara” and recruit monsters to turn them into “Snacks” to defeat evil!

You can check out an English dubbed version of the show’s pilot here.

The series debuted in Japan on TV Tokyo in April 2017 and was preceded by a manga series in CoroCoro Comic. A Nintendo 3DS game linked to the series launched in the country in August. It ties in with Takara Tomy’s line of Snack World collectible products.
