Walt Disney Animation Studios has just unveiled a new teaser poster for the sequel to Wreck-It Ralph, titled Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2. The poster features a search engine search for “who broke the Internet,” with an answer that points to Ralph himself. If it isn’t too obvious with the title already, the sequel may have to do with Ralph messing around and causing trouble on the world wide web.
You can check out the poster below:
Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2 is slated for a November 21, 2018 release and is directed by returning helmer Rich Moore and Phil Johnston, who did the writing for both films. The sequel will see the return of John C. Reilly, Sarah Silverman, Jack McBrayer, and Jane Lynch to reprise their original roles as Ralph, Vanellope, Felix, and Calhoun. They will be joined by Taraji P. Henson who will voice a new character called Yesss.
Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2 leaves Litwak’s video arcade behind, venturing into the uncharted, expansive and thrilling world of the internet — which may or may not survive Ralph’s wrecking. Video game bad guy Ralph and fellow misfit Vanellope von Schweetz must risk it all by traveling to the world wide web in search of a replacement part to save Vanellope’s video game, Sugar Rush. In way over their heads, Ralph and Vanellope rely on the citizens of the internet — the netizens — to help navigate their way, including a website entrepreneur named Yesss, who is the head algorithm and the heart and soul of trend-making site “BuzzzTube.”
