Tekken 7 Followup, Fated Retribution, Features Street Fighter’s Akuma

While Namco still hasn’t done their end of the crossover deal, the latest official trailer for the follow-up to Tekken 7, Fated Retribution, shows that they might be slowly inching towards a true Tekken x Street Fighter release. The trailer features one of the most iconic characters from the SF franchise, “the Devil” Akuma, who is most likely one of the characters that fit in really well with all the devil blood-sporting Kazumas in Tekken lore.

The trailer reveals that Jun once asked a favor from Akuma, that should she die in the hands of Heihachi, the shoto Devil should kill Heihachi and someone else. As for who that other target is, you’ll have to watch all the way to the end of the video:
