ToonBarn’s ToonOlympics Starts Tomorrow!

ToonBarn's First Ever ToonOlympics

The First Ever ToonBarn ToonOlympics starts tomorrow! What is the ToonOlympics, you say? We’re glad you asked. During the Month of August, we have 24 cartoons from different countries around the world competing against each other in a single elimination tournament. Just like in the Olympics, these animated shows will go head-to-head against each other, until only one is given the highest honor… the ToonBarn ToonOlympics Gold Medal. Each weekday in August, we will announce the matchup of the day. In the article, you get as much background about each of the 2 cartoons that we can provide. After you taken a good long look at each cartoon, we want you to Vote on which one you think is better. YES! YOU ARE THE JUDGE!

We don’t want to take away ALL the fanfare, though. We’ve brought back an old friend to introduce the competition and all 24 participants. It’s the Opening Ceremonies of the ToonBarn ToonOlympics. Take it away, Harry!

Here is the Single Elimination Bracket we will be using for the 24 Cartoons in the ToonOlympics Competition:

I am a Big Fan of all types of animation. Like a lot of things, the cream always rises to the top. My favorites have included Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Rebels, anything Pixar, Phineas and Ferb, Voltron Legendary Defender, and the DC/WB Animated Films. I have a lot of Old School favorites as well, such as Star Blazers, Voltron, Looney Toons, Tom & Jerry, and Scooby Doo.

    • Thanks! We thought people would appreciate a contest that was between animated shows from different countries. We tried to pick the most popular and most recent ones available on TV around the globe. By the end of August, ToonBarn viewers will have arguably picked the best cartoon in the world.
