Top 5 Most Evil and Most Loved Disney Villains

It is a fact that Disney has produced some of the greatest villainous characters in the history of movie-making. This list focuses at the five most evil and most vile characters to brave Disney cartoons.

5. Shan-Yu (Mulan)

The callous leader of the Huns is set to conquer China. Shan-Yu and his army go over the Great Wall and occupy the land in order to prove his power to the Emperor. He doesn’t hesitate in taking lives and there are times when he kills for his amusement, and without guilt.

4. Ursula (The Little Mermaid)

This lip-pouting, scheming octopus has a cruel hobby of collecting souls – and let them suffer in grief for the rest of their lives. Ursula controls Ariel with her empty promises just to get her soul and tempt King Triton in the process.

3. Scar (The Lion King)

Mufasa’s evil brother will do anything and everything just to be the King of the Pride Lands. He’s even willing to kill his brother and his nephew in order to achieve his evil plan. While Scar only succeeds in killing his brother, he persuades his nephew that it was his fault, which leaves Simba to be guilty for the death of his father. He even convinces the cub to flee and never return.

2. The Queen (Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs)

The Queen has always believed that she is the most beautiful woman but when she reaches the age where her youthful glow is fading, she schemes to have her lovely stepdaughter Snow White killed and collect her heart to feed on it. She uses witchcraft to turn herself into an old woman and give a poisoned apple to Snow White.

1. Maleficent (Sleeping Beauty)

The wickedness of Maleficent knows no boundaries. Her sinister plans are all formulated out of spite. The heartless Maleficent casts a curse on Aurora to make sure that the princess will die on her sixteenth birthday by a prick on her finger. Her devil-like horns will prove that she is indeed the most vile villain of all.
