FremantleMedia Kids and Family Entertainment has recently announced expansion plans for their hit CG animated kids’ series Tree Fu Tom, by way of a new batch of episodes slated to debut on the UK’s CBeebies, along with a major brand and retail campaign targeted towards fans on different platforms.

The campaign is riding high on the momentum built up by the second season of the series, which premiered on the channel alongside a promotional campaign for new episodes last October. The campaign also includes a strong online presence on the CBeebies homepage and a new online game called Sprite Yourself.

As for the large scale retail campaign, it is said to include costumed appearances of the characters at Smyths and John Lewis, with further events planned for Toys ‘R’ Us and Debenhams through the New Year.
