WATCH: Capcom Retrospective Focuses on Street Fighter III


Videogame developer (and Arcade icons) Capcom has recently unveiled a new retrospective video series designed to promote the Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection. This time around, the retrospective takes a deep dive into one of the most critically-acclaimed (though not necessarily the most commercially successful) entry in to the franchise – Street Fighter III.

Street Fighter III is a landmark in the long-running franchise due to its use of the parry system, not to mention the sleek visual upgrades that it brought to the series. To this day, Street Fighter III and its sequels are still favored by many competitive fighting game aficionados. Its timelessness is most likely the reason why it is included as part of Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection.
