The WWE and Scooby-Doo Tag Team for Scooby-Doo! WrestleMania Mystery

John Cena, Triple H, and the rest of the WWE Superstars aren’t exactly the people you’d expect to appear in a Scooby-Doo adventure, but it’s exactly the kind of unlikely team up that we’ll get in the upcoming new animated movie from Warner Bros. Home Entertainment, titled Scooby Doo! Wrestlemania Mystery. The animated special will be hitting the market on March 25, 2014 via Blu Ray Combo, DVD, and Digital HD.

In Scooby Doo! Wrestlemania Mystery, WWE Superstars John Cena, Triple H, Sin Cara, Brodus Clay, AJ Lee, The Miz, Santino, Kane, and even Chairman and CEO Vince McMahon will be lending their voices to their animated counterpart. The story follows Shaggy and Scooby as they win tickets to Wrestlemania, and along with the rest of Mystery Inc., travel to WWE City in the Mystery Machine in order to enjoy the show. As expected, the trip turns into another mystery as a ghostly bear appears and threatens to ruin the show while stealing the championship belt. With the help of the WWE Superstars, the Mystery Inc. gang gets on the case and tries to recover the belt before it is too late.

“With nearly one billion Scooby-Doo! DVDs sold to date, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment is thrilled to add Scooby-Doo! WrestleMania Mystery to our collection,” said Jeff Brown, WBHE Executive Vice President and General Manager, TV. “Kids and adults are going to love seeing their favorite WWE Superstars in animated form join forces with Scooby-Doo and the Mystery Inc. gang to solve this new mystery.”
