Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire Announced


Nintendo has recently announced a new refresh to the handheld Pokemon franchise by way of Pokemon Omega Ruby and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire for the Nintendo 3DS. The news came as a surprise, considering that X and Y are still popular and getting a lot of play, but it’s still welcome news.

In case the names haven’t given it away, the two new titles will be refreshes on Pokemon Ruby and Pokemon Sapphire, both of which originally appeared on the Game Boy Advance in 2003.

Pokemon Omega Ruby and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire will both be out this November. If you want to know more about their features, as well as to see a bunch of teasers, you can check out the video below:
