Pokemon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire Lets You Fly on the Back of Pokemon
A recent post over at Serebii.net revealed a nifty new feature from the upcoming Pokemon remakes Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby: the ability to fly on the back of your Pokemon. Before you get excited at the thought of riding on the back of Haunter and calling yourself Ghost Rider, the ability seems to be exclusive only to Latios (for OR) and Latias (for AS.) The flying mechanic will be used to allow you to fly in the overworld and encounter other legendaries such as Reshiram, Zekrom, Dialga, and Palkia.
The aforementioned Legendary Pokemon will be found on islands that can only be reached through sky areas (hence the need for flight) and would require using the Eon Flute item. This will allow non-event Legendaries to be obtainable in Generation VI. So get ready to feel the wind in your face, as Pokemon Omega Ruby and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire will be hitting the Nintendo 3DS soon (November 21, to be exact.)
