Hologram USA Sues Fox Over Homer Simpson 3D Presentation at Comic-Con

According to a recent report from The Hollywood Reporter, Hologram USA has just filed a lawsuit against 20th Century Fox over a violation of their patents in exhibiting a 3D representation of The Simpsons’ Homer during their panel at the last Comic-Con. You can check out footage of the panel below:

Hologram USA’s CEO Aiki David says that the hologram of Homer infringed on their patented system of projecting 3D images on stage. The lawsuit isn’t exactly the first one that Hologram USA has filed, as they have also gone after a Michael Jackson hologram at the Billboard Music Awards, among others.
