Sunday Animation Domination Comedy Block goes Halloween October 30th
FOX’s Sunday Animation Domination Comedy Block, which consists of The Simpsons, Family Guy, The Cleveland Show, and Allen Gregory, will celebrate Halloween this October 30th by airing all-new episodes that are frightfully funny and designed to scare some laughs out of you. And, let’s be honest, it’s really not Halloween without a whole bunch of animation. And candy. But mostly animation. …and candy.
In THE SIMPSONS’ “Treehouse of Horror XXII”, Homer decides to take a dangerous dive into an isolated canyon on Candy Peak, but soon finds himself trapped by a crashing boulder. This is followed by “The Diving Bell and Butterball”, where a venomous spider bite leaves Homer paralyzed but able to communicate through natural gases. The episode will be capped off by “Dial D for Diddy”, where Ned Flanders is transformed into a cold blooded vigilante who stalks the streets at night.
FAMILY GUY’s “Screams of Silence: The Story of Brenda Q” has Quagmire confined in the hospital as his sister Brenda and her boyfriend rush to nurse him back to help. The twist is that Glenn eventually finds out that Brenda is the one who needs help.
In THE CLEVELAND SHOW’s “A Nightmare on Grace Street”, both Cleveland and Rallo had to come home early after being frightened away from their respective slumber parties, and Donna forces them to spend a night inside a haunted house in an effort to prove how brave they really are.
Sunday Animation Domination Comedy Block’s newest addition, ALLEN GREGORY features the voice of Jonah Hill (Megamind, Superbad) as Allen Gregory De Longpre, a 7 year old that can best be described as “pretentious”. ALLEN GREGORY’s pilot episode revolves around the titular character’s greatest challenge – attending elementary school.
