Darth Maul returns with Savage Opress in Brothers

The much-awaited conclusion of Star Wars: The Clone Wars’ fourth season will finally reveal where Darth Maul is holed up all this time. On March 8th’s episode, entitled “Brothers”, the first of the two-part finale arc follows Savage Opress as he decides to embark on a galaxy-wide search mission after being used by Asajj Ventress and Count Dooku as a weapon of vengeance. His goal: to find his long lost brother, the legendary sith apprentice Darth Maul.

Finding Maul is one thing, but bringing him back as a battle-worthy ally is not as easy, as Maul currently is stuck in the depths of a ruined world, devoid of sanity and with dreams of vengeance being the only thing holding him together. Savage asks help from the scheming Mother Talzin in order to heal Maul physically and mentally, so that the brothers can renew their crusade of vengeance against the jedi.

On the second part of the finale, entitled “Revenge” and scheduled to air on March 16, Obi-Wan Kenobi must face both Savage Opress and Darth Maul, but he’s not going to do it alone. Kenobi finds himself an unlikely ally against the dreaded brothers.

This season of Star Wars: The Clone wars promises to be as action packed as ever and will culminate in a climactic finale.
