Star Wars: The Clone Wars Ushers in the New Year with 100th Episode

Star Wars: The Clone Wars will be taking a break this week, but fans should not fret as the fifth season of the hit CG animated series will start its 2013 with a loud bang with its 100th episode, titled “Missing in Action.”

In “Missing in Action,” D-Squad members discover a clone commando named Gregor in a nearly vacant town on a strange planet. What’s strange about Gregor is that he seems to have lost all of his memory, and is now making a living as a dishwasher. The all-droid squad and their gruff leader must then help Gregor regain his memory, as they need all the help they can get in order to steal a heavily-guarded shuttle and return to the Republic.

Star Wars: The Clone Wars’s “Missing in Action” will air on January 5th, Saturday, at 9:30 am ET/PT on the Cartoon Network. The show will be followed by the return of the DC Nation programming block.
