Wood Forgers meet ThunderCats in The Forest of Magi Oar

Wood Forgers meet ThunderCats in The Forest of Magi Oar

Last week, we saw Lion-O fully take footing of his position as Lord of the ThunderCats when he summoned the ancient power of Sight Beyond Sight. But maybe just discovering the gift isn’t good enough; maybe he needs to master the skill. On the November 11th episode of the 2011 ThunderCats, The Forest of Magi Oar, the Elephants send Lion-O to the Forest of Magi Oar, where the leader must baster the Sword of Omen’s Sight Beyond Sight ability before returning to the Elephant Village. Sure, that’s all well and good — but now what about the paper warriors?? And forest ghosts? Maybe Cheetara or Panthro could handle them…? Robear Bill… you still around, buddy?

Lion-O uses Sight Beyond Sight to find the Spirit Stones

Lion-O uses Sight Beyond Sight to find the Spirit Stones

On Friday, November 4th, Lion-O passes by just regular sight, and heads into Sight Beyond Sight. The classic ability fondly remembered in the 1980s toon, Sight Beyond Sight gives the leader of the ThunderCats the ability to gaze into the near future, as well as to see things in the current he couldn’t possibly see with his own eyes – traveling over great distances, or even hidden from ordinary vision. Yet another reason why the Sword of Omens is the coolest thing you could possibly wish for – we’re jotting that down on our Christmas lists right now. So how does the sight-gazing turn out for Lion-el? …er… Lion-O? TOON in to Cartoon Network November 4th at 8:30pm for the newest episode, Sight Beyond Sight.

The Sword of Omens grants Lion-O Sight Beyond Sight

The Sword of Omens grants Lion-O Sight Beyond Sight

The ThunderCats have fought together as a team for awhile now, uniting Lion-O, Cheetara, Panthro, Tygra, and WilyKit and WilyKat, but it’s time for their quest to get serious: they must track down the Spirit Stones! As masterful trackers, they are able to pinpoint the location of the first stone to the mystical Elephant Village, home to amazingly large, amazingly polite, and amazingly forgetful Elephants. Their search is difficult and tedious, and to make matters worse, the Elephants no longer remember where the stone is. Looks like its time to educate Lion-O in the art of Sight Beyond Sight! TOON in to Cartoon Network this Friday, November 4th at 8:30pm to see it in action.

This is the Only Level

This is the Only Level

Only one level. …wait… only ONE level? That doesn’t’ sound like a very involving game. But that’s just what they want you to think! While there’s only one level, it’s being twisted and turned in more than 20 different ways, where everything you previously learned is thrown out. It’s crazy! …and yet… you just can’t stop! Forget everything you’ve known about playing games – this “one” will change everything. Check it out after the break!
