A day before the big Ultra HD Blu-ray Combo Pack release, we are proud to present our interviews of the voice cast of The Death of Superman, directly from the World Premiere at San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) 2018. ToonBarn Head Writer Marc Morrell has interviews with Jerry O’Connell (Superman), Rebecca Romijn (Lois Lane), Jason O’Mara (Batman) and Christopher Gorham (Flash).

When you get Andrea Romano, James Tucker and Jay Oliva together for a DC/Warner Bros animated project, it’s bound to be brilliant. Having worked together on previous animated films like Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, Parts 1 & 2, and the Flashpoint Paradox, they are now bringing their newest masterpiece, Justice League: War, to Digital Home Video, Blu-ray, and DVD. The Digital version is already available, while the other versions will be released tomorrow, Tuesday, February 4, 2014, in stores everywhere.

NBC Launches Animated Revolution Webisodes

Now that NBC’s global blackout show Revolution has gone into winter hiatus, the studio is trying to keep the momentum going by launching a series of animated webisodes of the show via its website. The streaming started yesterday, and the network is planning to offer new weekly toons all the way through February 18, via NBC.com, Youtube, Hulu, and even on Video On Demand. The Network will also be streaming the show’s pilot with additional commentary from showrunner Eric Kripke and exec producer/director Jon Favreau.

DC Working on an Animated Movie Based on Flashpoint
A recent Comic Book Club report reveals that there could be a new DC animated movie based on the Flashpoint comic book event, based on a few details that voice actor Kevin Conroy let slip during an interview.

“I am recording a new animated movie that features The Flash. It’s more about the Flash, but Batman is in it as well. It’s a Flash… Flashpoint! Flashpoint? I think it’s Flashpoint,” he said.
