ToonBarn is excited to announce the first ever Ultra HD Blu-ray Combo Pack release of a DC Universe Original Movie – Batman and Harley Quinn – on August 29th. The DC Universe Original Movie will have its World Premiere at San Diego Comic Con (SDCC) on July 21st. We’ll be there to cover the red carpet interviews and the World Premiere, which will be followed by a Q&A Panel with the cast and crew from the film.
Oh, and here’s the best part: Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill have teamed up once again to voice the characters a great many people consider to be the best at performing, namely Batman and Joker, respectively. Mark Hamill also puts his own spin on Swamp Thing and Trickster.
Considering we have read the graphic novel many times prior to the film coming out, we were pleased with the movie, and with the producers’ and writer’s adaptation of the graphic novel and the additional prologue for Batgirl. We didn’t quite understand which scenes made it Rated R, per se, as it really could have been PG-13, by today’s standards.
