Monster Entertainment to Present 3rd Season of Jungle Beat at MIPCOM

Monster Entertainment will be presenting the third season of Sunrise Production’s hit CG animated series Jungle Beat at the upcoming MIP Junior. The 3rd season is already under production and is expected to finish in January 2015. The 3rd season is part of a major brand expansion campaign that includes confirmation on a 4th season, with a 5th and 6th one being planned depending on the performance of the current season.

Monster Entertainment to Present Pikkuli at MIPJunior

Ireland’s Monster Entertainment is preparing to present a new preschool property at the upcoming MIPJunior, titled “Pikkuli.” The new series will consist of 26 x 5 minute episodes and is produced by Finland’s Sun in Eye Productions. The animated series is based on author Metsamarja Aittokoski and illustrator Elli Vuorinen’s book Fly, Pikkuli Fly!.

Ahead of MIPJunior, Monster Entertainment has already made presales to Finland’s YLE, Norway’s TV2 and a number of Eastern European broadcasters, including ERR (Estonia), HRT (Croatia), RTVS (Slovakia) and Public Latvian Television.

Monster Entertainment to Launch 9 New Animated Series at MIPTV

This year, Monster Entertainment is going full throttle as they launch nine new animated series at the upcoming MIPTV 2014. This marks the company’s 18th year at the MIPTV, but serves as another milestone as this is the first time they will be presenting a large amount of content. While Monster Entertainment has released a detailed listing of 8 of the animated series, the ninth one has been kept a secret and will be unveiled during the market.

Monster Entertainment Scores New Sales for Tiny Square Critters


Monster Entertainment has recently scored a raft of new international deals for their brand new animated children’s series, Tiny Square Critters, which already saw a very successful launch at the recent MIP Junior.

Tiny Square Critters focuses on the adventures of the titular Critters, and their life in the forest. Targeted towards children aged 3 to 6, each episode features lessons on how to draw animals, while encouraging children to join in on the stories and create adventures of their own.

Fresh off their successful screening at MIP Junior, Monster Entertainment has managed to strike new deals for their hit I’m A series for various territories, including the UK with I’m a Creepy Crawly and I’m a Dinosaur, via the CSC channel Tiny Pop, while I’m a Monster has been acquired by BBC Alba. The series that started it all, I’m an Animal, is currently under license to Nickelodeon for the UK. In other regions, I’m an Animal has been licensed in South Korea by United Media while Norwegian Airlines have secured more episodes of I’m an Animal, I’m a Creepy Crawly, and I’m a Dinosaur.

Monster Entertainment to Release Remasters of Martin Gates’ Works


Ireland’s Monster Entertainment has recently announced the release of a brand new catalog consisting of remastered HD versions of Martin Gates Production’s shows. The release will coincide with the 25th anniversary of Martin Gates, and will include over 40 hours of quality programming.
