Nickelodeon has just released a new preview clip for today’s episode of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, titled ‘Invasion of the Squirrelanoids,’ which airs today, October 19, at 11 AM ET/PT only on Nickelodeon. The episode continues the theme of the season, which is the Turtles going around and rounding up various mutated creatures, all of which resulted from Kraang’s successful plan to scatter mutagen canisters all over the city.

In ‘Invasion of the Squirrelanoids,’ the Turtles found out that a seemingly innocuous problem can multiply fast and turn dangerous when left along, as they bring a mutated squirrel back into their lair, only for the mutant to start multiplying rapidly, until the ninja quartet are forced into hunting down the mutant squirrels before they escape into the city and cause widespread destruction. More info on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Smash-Up

GamesRadar recently had the chance to check out the upcoming TMNT video game: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Smash-Up (those lucky guys!!).  Here’s a bit of what they had to say about the fighter:

How refreshing to see a licensed game for the sake of a licensed game, and not just as part of a painful cross-media PR campaign for a film or cartoon… yes, it has been a long 20 years since the Turtles last dazzled us in game form. But 20 years older and 20 years wiser, Smash Up sees our heroes prepared to raise shell.
