On most typical days, you don’t get to hang out with Scooby-Doo. Bugs Bunny likely isn’t going to walk up to you. And there’d be now regular way to meet the cast of Regular Show. However, at this year’s Comic-Con 2011 in San Diego, the icons of Cartoon Network will be making their way over to the Warner Bros. booth in some way or another. On Sunday, July 24th, Cartoon Network will do a booth takeover of the Warner Bros. section, in the spirit of Comic-Con’s Family Day. That includes meeting folks behind the scenes, and in front of them, from some of your favorite toons! Adventure Time, The Looney Tunes Show, Young Justice, Scooby-Doo Mystery Incorporated, MAD, and more. Check out the full press release for more details.

Tonight, Crystal Cove gets Haunted. Which, I suppose, doesn’t sound all that odd, because the place is haunted every Tuesday, just in time for a new episode of Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated. But this time, there’s something more direct to impact the gang; the ghost is haunting Fred’s dad, Mayor Jones! And, what we can only guess is a tribute to the July 4th holiday, Hanna-Barbera is even throwing in an evil pizza pie. Could things be any more wrong!? So once that’s all said and done, the best way to kick back and relax is with a nice mystery, right? So, on Tuesday, July 5th, at 7:30pm, why not TOON into a brand new episodes of Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated called A Haunting in Crystal Cove. In this Hanna-Barbera episode, Mayor Jones is under siege by a poltergeist, and it’s up to Scooby, Shaggy, Fred, Daphne, and Velma to, as always, save the day. Tonight, Cartoon Network gets a dose of The Wild Brood! When a biker gang — an Orc biker gang for those keeping score at home — blows through Crystal Cove, the whole gang is upset. Well, the whole gang except for Daphne, who develops a crush on the leader Odnarb (“Brando” reference, anyone?). When the two head out for a date, it splits the gang’s opinion on the bikers, with Daphne defending the Orcs while Fred, Scooby, Velma and Shaggy think otherwise. In less than two weeks, Jack Black will take the stage as the host of Nickelodeon’s 2011 Kids’ Choice Awards. The annual slime-fest is going all out this year (just like every year) bringing in a number of special guests including: Jason Segel, Russell Brand, Josh Duhamel, Damon Wayans, Jaden Smith, Sofia Vergara, Jane Lynch, Lindsey Vonn, Nick Cannon, Miranda Cosgrove, Victoria Justice, Danica Patrick, Rico Rodriguez, Cory Monteith, Big Time Rush, Shaun White, and many others. One of the more special, special guests is the Black Eyed Peas, who will be performing for the live audience. 2011 Kids Choice Awards hit Nickelodeon April 2nd

With less than two months to go before things reach slime-time, Nickelodeon is getting everything ready for the 2011 Kids’ Choice Awards. The curtain rises (and slime falls) on Saturday, April 2nd, at 8pm. Kung Fu Panda’s Jack Black returns to host his third Kids’ Choice show, having previously hosted in 2006 and 2008. The show will feature over 20 categories with hundreds of nominees, including all your favorites from the past twelve months. Read on for a sneak peek!

Seems like there was never a time that we didn’t need Fred, Velma, Daphne, Shaggy, and Scooby-Doo together so badly. However, now that Mystery Inc. is broken up, the gang decides to check out life after High School, spending the weekend at Darrow College instead. But things don’t go as planned when a creature called Char Gar Gothakon begins terrorizing the campus. Turns out this beast is a fictional character come to life. A creation of the author H.P. Hatecraft who is a professor at the school. Although one of the other professors, Harlan Ellison, claims Hatecraft is a fraud, the creature is definitely real. And when it attacks and carries off Hatecraft to his doom, the gang realizes it has to come together once again to solve this mystery and save Hatecraft’s life. Great toon and all, Hanna-Barbera, but… jinkies! Can’t any mystery be an easy one!? TOON in tonight at 7pm on Cartoon Network for Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated’s Shrieking Madness.
