Valentine's Gnomeo & Juliet in theaters today

Today is a day of love. Well, of a love movie. The love day is technically this Monday, but Valentine’s Day is but a mere holiday — we’re talking about the timeless tale of real love here! Shakespeare’s immortal story of Romeo & Juliet has been told a hundred ways with a hundred variations, but we’re hard pressed to recall a version starring garden gnomes. But today, February 11th, Touchstone Pictures is noting that a little adventure goes a lawn way. When a feud between neighbors takes the focus on life, Gnomeo & Juliet come to discover that love conquers all. Or tries to, anyway. But with plastic pink flamingos and lawnmower races in the mix, can this young couple find lasting happiness? Head to theaters and find out!

A Monster in Paris

A Monster in Paris

Paris, 1910. A terrifying creature spreads fear upon the Capital. Emile and Raoul, a shy movie projectionist and a colorful inventor, find themselves thrown into the Monster Hunt. On this wild ride, they meet a big-hearted cabaret singer, an eccentric scientist assisted by a monkey, a ruthless Prefect of Police, and a strange creature who might not be so frightening after all. What if, behind those deceiving appearances, the true Monster was not who you’d think it is? A great question, to be sure. But, what we can say for now, is that the upcoming animated film described above, A Monster in Paris, will star the voices of Adam Goldberg, Jay Harrington, Danny Huston, Bob Balaban, Catherine O’Hara, and Vanessa Paradis. No definitive debut date for the co-production between Europacorp, Bibi Films and France 3 Cinema… but like the Monster, you can rest assured it will sneak up on us!
