Superman Batman: Public Enemies

Superman Batman: Public Enemies

In just a few days, on September 29th, Warner Home Video via Warner Premiere is going to make the latest DC Comics-based DVD available to the world, Superman Batman: Public Enemies. The two all-star characters were formerly paired up in Justice League: The New Frontier, but there’s no Green Lantern or Wonder Woman this time. Now, it’s just the two of them fighting for truth and justice in a Jeph Loeb inspired tale against a Lex Luthor gone mad. Or, madder, anyway. If you were a fan of Batman: The Animated Series or Superman: The Animated Series, you’ll also be happy to know that the original voice cast is back to reprise their roles. Check out a sneak peek at the animation below the break!

The Batman Double Feature

The Batman Double Feature

Warner Home Video and DC Comics aren’t the only pair teaming up for the latest DVD release — so are Batman and Superman! …and Lex Luthor and the Joker! …AND Batman and Dracula!! Two great films in one!

Green Lantern: First Flight

Green Lantern: First Flight

In honor of St. Patrick’s Day, let’s talk green! As in Green Lantern! Batman: Gotham Knights, Justice League: New Frontier, Superman vs. Doomsday, Wonder Woman… each film has featured a DC Comics super hero in the constant fight against evil. The next, Green Lantern: First Flight, is no different! Stay TOONed to ToonBarn for more details!

Sony and Platinum’s Superhero

Sony and Platinum's SuperheroSuperman!  Spider-Man!  X-Men!  Wolverine!  Batman!  …some other hero?  Well, maybe!  Platinum Studios, Inc. is joining forces (super forces?) with Sony Pictures Animation (SPA) to start an animated film about a superhero — one of 5,600 comic book superheroes that Platinum Studios controls.  There’s no details yet on who the character will be, or what his or her powers will be, but with all the super hero hype going around, it’s certainly a great time.  If you were making a super hero movie, what character would you pick?

Wonder Woman DVD

Wonder Woman
