The Looney Tunes Show gets Devil Dog tonight on Cartoon Network

The Looney Tunes Show gets Devil Dog tonight on Cartoon Network

Things go a little wacky tonight on Cartoon Network, when Bugs and Daffy decide they’re going to get a pet. When Pete Puma mistakenly sends the roomies a Tasmanian Devil instead of your regular dog, there’s nothing but a shear path of destruction to follow – hence the episode’s title, Devil Dog. Even despite the madness, Speedy convinces Bugs to keep “Poochie,” much to Daffy’s disappointment. Knowing Taz like we do all these years, it’s difficult to imagine he’s going to stay calm enough to be entered in the Westminster Dog Show. So how’s it all turn out? Find out tonight, in the June 21st episode of The Looney Tunes Show at 8pm on Cartoon Network.

Warner Bros. reveals the Looney Tunes ACME warehouse

Warner Bros. reveals the Looney Tunes ACME warehouse

Wile E. Coyote, who ranks 17th on ToonBarn’s 20 Scariest Characters list, is famous for shopping at the ACME warehouse. It’s there that he gets his rocket skates. His helicopter hats. His giant slingshots with launch capabilities. Etc, etc. Needless to say, the ACME warehouse is a store of limitless potential that many of the Looney Tunes cast of characters have taken full advantage of over the years. With that in mind, Warner Bros. has dreamed up what could be the ultimate showcase; a live-action and CG hybrid film that focuses on the inner workings of the ACME warehouse. Kevin Hagerman and his brother Dan Hagerman are developing the concept for WB, formerly working on the CG LEGO films together. It’s not yet known what characters, if any, we’ll get from the stable (Bugs, Daffy, Sylvester, the 19th Scariest Toon Yosemite Sam, etc.) but here’s to hoping!
