Halo Legends on Blu-ray and DVD

Halo Legends on Blu-ray and DVD

It’s been almost a full year since we’ve seen a preview, but now we’re getting psyched up to watch the whole thing! Halo Legends is now on Blu-ray and DVD this week, ready to bring home and watch on repeat. The film is an unprecedented gathering of the finest talent in Japanese animation that have drawn together to explore the mystery and action of the Halo universe. Eight episodes and a stunning range of visual styles shed new light and epic perspective on Halo lore, developed by 5 different studios: Bones, Casio Entertainment, Production I.G, Studio4 C, and Toei Animation, financed by 343 Creative, and distributed by Warner Bros. Shinji Aramaki, creator and director of Appleseed and Appleseed Ex Machina, serves as the project’s creative director.

Special Sonic Classic Collection to the Nintendo DS

Special Sonic Classic Collection to the Nintendo DS

If you’re going to ask my personal opinion, I think that the best Sonic games are the classic 2D games – that means two things; (1) I’m incredibly psyched about the upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog 4 and (2) I am absolutely in love with the upcoming special Sonic Classic Collection for the Nintendo DS. The collection includes Sega’s first three Sonic games and Sonic & Knuckles, as well as a tin, art cards, and a Sonic figurine. Unfortunately (for me) as of right now, the collection will only be available in Spain and Australia, but Sega has not ruled out a wider distribution.
