Transformers: Devastation E3 2015 Trailer

The previously posted batch of screenshots for Platinum Games’ Transformers: Devastation definitely shows how good the upcoming action brawler looks, but fans who have been burned by Rise of the Dark Spark (which looked hecka good but wasn’t that fun to play), may want to see the game in action first before being properly excited, so a new promo video has been released, giving fans a glimpse of how the game looks in motion:

Dragon Ball Xenoverse Release Date Confirmed

Bandai Namco Games has recently announced an official Japanese release date for the next Dragon Ball fighting game, Dragon Ball Xenoverse. The announcement was made via the December issue of V-Jump magazine, where it has been stated that the fighting game will be hitting Japan’s shores on February 5, 2015. Along with the release date came another piece of info: Xenoverse will feature both Vegito and SSJ4 versions of some characters as part of the roster.

The Legend of Korra Videogame: Behind the Scenes Featurette

With The Legend of Korra’s swan song fast approaching, us Korra fans need to get as much Korra content as possible in as many mediums and platforms available and thankfully, Platinum Games has developed a third person beat ‘em up game adaptation of the series. In order to give fans a glimpse on what went into the game (as well as tease some of the features like minigames that let you compete in bending matches,) the official Playstation Youtube channel has posted a Behind the Scenes featurette. Now, Activision and Nickelodeon have jointly announced additional details about the game, particularly a new contest that will let fans join in on the creative process.

Xbox to Get Halo Digital Feature from Ridley Scott

According to a recent report by TheWrap.com, Microsoft’s Xbox Entertainment Studios will be producing a new digital feature based on the popular first person shooter franchise Halo, and will be produced in collaboration with 343 Industries and Ridley Scott’s Scott Free Productions.

Battlestar Galactica’s Sergio Mimica-Gezzan is set to direct. Additional details will be revealed at the upcoming E3 Expo in LA.

FX Previews Danny McBride’s Chozen on Xbox This Week

All throughout the week, FX Networks will be offering an exclusive sneak peek for the upcoming animated series Chozen via their FXNOW App. The 13-episode series will be premiering on Monday, January 13 on FX, following the new episodes of the popular animated comedy series Archer.

Chozen is an animated comedy series that focuses on the titular character, who is a gay white rapper who just got out of prison. After his time in prison, Chozen has decided to turn over a new leaf and redeem himself while also trying to claim his rightful position as the world’s top rap artist.

Spielberg to Exec Produce Halo TV Series

Steven Spielberg will be executive producing a live action TV series based on the massively popular video game franchise from Microsoft, Halo. The series will feature exclusive interactive Xbox One content that is created with help from 343 Industries and Xbox Entertainment Studios, according to a report from The Hollywood Reporter.

Released by Bungie back in 2001, Halo was a first person shooter that focuses on an interstellar war between humanity and an alliance of aliens known as the Covenant. Majority of the games puts the player in the role of Master Chief John-117, who is a cybernetically enhanced human super soldier aided by an AI companion named Cortana.
