Level-5’s Snack World Gets English-Dubbed CG Pilot


Fresh off the success of Yo-Kai Watch and the Professor Layton series, Level-5 has recently revealed a new cross media project titled Snack World. The project is helmed by CEO Akihiro Hino and designer Takuzo Nagano, and will consist of a Nintendo 3DS game, an Android and iOS app, a manga, a toy line, a movie, and a CG animated series.

The pilot episode for the CG animated series has been released online, and for those of us who can’t understand a single lick of Japanese, it’s been graciously dubbed in English. The original story concept, script, and theme song lyrics were handled by Akihiro Hino himself, who’s also serving as the executive director. You can check out the pilot episode below:
