Zeitgeist Films to Release Rocks in My Pockets in the U.S.

Signe Baumane’s debut animated feature, Rocks in My Pockets, will be making its way to several U.S. theatres via Zeitgeist Films. Rocks in My Pockets originally had its world premiere at the 2014 Karlovy Vary Film Festival, and its U.S. screenings will be at the IFC Center in New York on September 5 and at Laemmle Theaters in Los Angeles on September 12. A national release will follow.

Rocks in My Pockets serve as a vehicle to tell five fantastical tales from artist and filmmaker Signe Baumane, with the stories being framed by the courageous women in her family and their battles with madness. You can check out the official trailer below:
