E3 2011: X-Men Destiny for Marvel

School is still in session for Marvel’s X-Men: First Class, but that hasn’t stopped the House of Mouse from expanding the Mutant’s universe further with a new video game title, X-Men: Destiny. Disney will bring the game to the Nintendo Wii, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Nintendo DS this September, allowing fans to pop claws, shoot eye lasers, control weather, or otherwise “get their Mutant on.” Gamers can choose from three characters, then select the skills your character learns. These three have their own fighting style (like any mutant does) and your selected character will have special skills that you’ve picked out for them.

Each of the three characters (Aimi, Grant, and Adrian) specializes in a particular fighting style. The player selects which X-Gene provides which mutant ability – giving you control over your own adaptions. When you’re ready, pick a side! You can choose to team with the great Wolverine, Juggernaut, Nightcrawler, Mystique, and many other famous mutants.
