Crunchyroll to Stream Rurouni Kenshin in English and Japanese

If you can’t get enough of older anime – especially anime featuring guys fighting other guys – this is news that you may want to note. Crunchyroll announced the release of Rurouni Kenshin in both English and Japanese. People who use Crunchyroll may view the anime on their PC or a tablet. Unfortunately, if you didn’t pay to become a premium member, you’ll have to wait until January to whet your battosai appetite. It’s not a big deal, though, since January is right around the corner. Yes, 2014 is that close. You may want to start grumbling now and save yourself time in the long run.

Crunchyroll had this to say on the matter:

That’s right! Everyone’s favorite Battousai is coming to Crunchyroll, in BOTH DUBBED and SUBBED versions!

The complete series will be available to Crunchyroll audiences in the following territories: North America, United Kingdom, Ireland, and South Africa.

We will be debuting ALL 94 EPISODES of the dub TODAY at 5pm PST for all you Premium Members, along with Episodes 1-4 of the sub!

Free members will be able to watch the series starting in January, with 1 arc being released every 2 weeks. The subbed version will be made available at a later date, but for now, Premium users can whet their appetite with the first 4 episodes!
